All products displayed are subject to availability. In the event that the ordered product is not available, the customer will be notified in order to agree on a solution (product exchange, refund or waiting for restocking).

3. DELIVERY TIMES

The estimated delivery time is 2 to 3 business days from payment confirmation. However, these times may vary depending on the parcel service used and the customer's location

Veladoras Pelayo is not responsible for delays attributable to the courier company.

4. PAYMENT METHODS

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Electronic platforms (subject to availability on site)

The order will be processed once the payment is confirmed.

5. SHIPPING POLICY

  • Shipments are made through external parcel services.

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and weight of the package.

  • The customer will receive a tracking tracking number once the order is shipped.

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We accept returns only for defective products or incorrect deliveries. The customer must report the problem within 3 business days after receiving the order.

To proceed with a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase must be presented.

Refunds will be processed only after validation of the returned product.
